  4. * loads the VM-3100 Scene memory data

  10. * due to a VM ROM bug, the Scene Memory
  11.   can't be loaded automatically.

  13. * To load the Scene memory,
  14.   - run the bank driver from the software
  15.   - press the "SYSTEM" button on the VM
  16.   - press the "F1-F4 ON/OFF" button
  17.   - press the "DUMP" button
  18.   - scroll to the "Scene" option
  19.   - turn the knob to select the option
  20.   - press the "ENTER/YES" button twice to
  21.     dump the data
  22.   - the VM-3100 will display "Now Sending..."
  23.   - when this message disappears, press
  24.     the OK button in the MIDI I/O Window

  27. * Match the Comm Ch to the Device ID of
  28.   the VM-3100

  30. * To set the device ID
  31.   - Press the SYSTEM button
  32.   - Press the F1-F4 ON/OFF button
  33.   - Press the MIDI button (F2)
  34.   - Scroll down until "Device ID" is displayed
  35.   - change the value if desired

  37. * Ensure that the MIDI OUT/THRU port
  38.   is configured as an OUTPUT port
  39.   - press the System button
  40.   - press the "F1-F4 on/off button"
  41.   - press the F2 button
  42.   - use the up/down arrows to scroll to
  43.     "Out/Thru Sel"
  44.   - ensure it is set to "OUT"
